This Power Purchase agreement is entered into at (place) Imphal on this day of between Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited (MSPDCL), a Government of Manipur undertaking, a Company formed and incorporated in India under the Companies Act-1956, with its registered office located at Secured Building, 3^rd Floor, New Directorate Building, near 2^ndMR Gate, Imphal – Dimapur, Imphal, Manipur State, represented by General Manager Commercial hereinafter referred to as the “MSPDCL / Licensee”, (which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, include its successors and permitted assignments) as party of the first part.
